About

I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department of the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Telecommunications Circuits Laboratory of the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). I was also a visiting postdoctoral researcher at Cornell University in 2019 and the University of California, Irvine in 2018. From 2017 to 2018 I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellow in the Machine Interlocks section at the European Laboratory for Particle Physics (CERN). Finally, I have spent three months as a Graduate Technical Intern at Intel Labs in Hillsboro, USA.

The research areas I am currently most interested and active in include efficient algorithms and hardware architectures for channel decoding, channel decoding on faulty hardware, full-duplex communications, and machine learning for communications.
